How Daily Coach Works

Our mantra for self-improvement is ‘Progress over Perfection’. With that in mind, Daily Coach helps you attempt to win each week by tracking your progress on your personal Tortoise Goals and giving you helpful nudges along the way.

    Define Tortoise Goal(s)

    A Tortoise Goal is a recurring goal you have each week. As you’re successful with Tortoise Goals each week, you’ll make real progress towards things that are important to you.

  2. Step 2

    Track Weekly Progress

    You’ll log your progress on your goals in daily coach. Along the way daily coach will be motivating you to do your best and giving you helpful hacks on how to be more successful.

  3. Step 3

    Retrospective

    Each week you’ll get a recap on your progress and some prompts to help you think about how you did and what you might change.
